      This is a two-storey townhouse on the golf course in Islantilla, 800 mts from the beach. The house consists of three bedrooms (two doubles and one triple), living-dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower). Back patio of about 25m2 and front terrace of about 15m2 (leading to the communal pool). The house is situated very close to the commercial centre of the golf course with a supermarket, several shops and cafes. In front of the urbanisation there is a cafeteria where they sell freshly baked bread. The house has an underground parking space which can be accessed from the front door of the house.

Accommodation equipment

It has a flat-screen TV with USB player. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster. The house has an iron and ironing board.
The parking space is underground and has pedestrian access just in front of the house.
The swimming pool is very quiet as the urbanization is relatively small. The house is very fresh, being a house with windows on both facades and being located on the top of a small hill the sea breeze enters throughout the summer.
The house has an awning on the front terrace and a parasol on the back terrace.

Very close to Ayamonte and only 4 kms from Isla Critina. In the port of El Terron, very close to Islantilla, you can taste very fresh fish at very reasonable prices. There are many beaches all along the Atlantic coast. For example, the beach of Casita Azul behind some unspoilt pine forests on the way to Isla Cristina, or the beach of La Antilla with the colourful traditional fishing boats.
It is a great place to spend an unforgettable summer holiday. You can make excursions by car to Portugal (it is only 15 minutes away) and in the small village of San Antonio you can shop for household linen.

Very close to the Velaislantilla sailing school. The house is right in the middle of a 27-hole golf course with social club, golf school and golf shops. The beach of Islantilla is equipped with all kind of services, bars, shopping centres, restaurants, beach bars.... We have a multitude of beaches all along the Atlantic coast. You can make excursions by car to Portugal (it is only 15 minutes away).
The Aquóplis water park in Cartaya is only 18km away. And there is also a karting circuit run by the Spanish motor racing federation in Cartaya..

How to get to the house

Driving on the A49 motorway (whether coming from Huelva or Portugal) take exit 117 Lepe Oeste. Follow the signs to "Islantilla-acceso playas" (Islantilla-beach access) for about 9kms during which you will go through several roundabouts. Once in La Antilla, at the first roundabout turn right towards "Islantilla" and at the first roundabout turn right again. Go up the Paseo de la Vera and at the second roundabout go straight on and enter the Paseo de La Chirina. At about 150m we find the entrance to "Jardines de Islantilla II"
