      Semi-detached house in a private urbanisation in the heart of the Islantilla Golf Course. On the ground floor we have a spacious living-dining room, toilet, kitchen with all appliances and laundry room. In addition to a large terrace of more than 25m2 with garden.
On the first floor we have three bedrooms: One double, one with two beds and a third with a single bed plus trundle bed. In all the rooms there are wardrobes.
The main bathroom has bathtub and all the stays are exterior with window.
The house has a parking space in surface to 15m of the door.
There is a supermecado with butcher's shop and fishmonger's shop to 200m of the house. With cafes and restaurants.

Accommodation equipment

The property has a 40" flat screen TV. Internet wifi of the house itself (it is not a community internet). In the kitchen we have washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and conventional oven as well as microwave, toaster and blender. The house has an iron and ironing board as well as a hairdryer.
In the laundry room you can hang out your clothes under cover and there is a portable clothesline if necessary.
The house has kitchenware and utensils for 6 people.
It also has sheets and towels for 6 people for a price of 50 per fortnight.

In Islantilla we have one of the longest beaches in Andalusia. From the beach of Nueva Umbria to Isla Cristina, we have 24 km of uninterrupted beach, where you can find places to enjoy the sea and the sun as you cannot do in other places.
You can drive to the pine forests next to the beaches, most with showers and toilets, and enjoy the beach bars by the sea during the long sunny days.
In the shopping centre next to the beach there are plenty of shops, restaurants, the main fast food franchises and even a cinema with 5 cinemas.

In Islantilla there is a multitude of sports and leisure activities for your holidays. From a large shopping centre with 5 cinemas, to two sailing schools on the beach to practice water sports, rent jet skis or take sailing courses, both beginners and advanced.
The 27-hole golf course is a good example of the tourist development of the area.
Very close by, in La Antilla, we have the possibility of renting bicycles for days.
A five minute drive away is the port of El Terrón, where you can taste very fresh fish as well as rent pleasure boats.
If you want to enjoy hiking in summer, in the early hours of the morning, at high tide, you can follow the marked trails in the beautiful marshes of Isla Cristina..

How to get to the house

If we arrive, either from Huelva or from Portugal on the A49 motorway, we must take the Lepe Oeste exit (exit no. 117), thus avoiding going through the whole town of Lepe.
Follow the signs to Islantilla-acceso playas for 9km (we will go through several roundabouts). We have to go down to the first roundabout of La Antilla, and once there turn right following the signs to Islantilla. After this turn we continue to the next roundabout and take the first right. This is the Paseo de La Vera. About 600m further up we find the Urbanisation Nueva Arboleda which has two entrances. IMPORTANT: Our entrance is the second one we find in the direction of the road.

Conditions

The property is booked with a deposit of 300 euros which is forfeited if the booking is cancelled.
Pets of any kind are not allowed.
A deposit of 150 euros on arrival which will be returned after checking that everything is correct on departure.
