Como llegar a la vivienda

The 'Buganvillas' Building of the 'Mar de Poniente' Urbanisation can be reached from the third roundabout of those following the large roundabout that leads to La Antilla from Lepe, if at this large roundabout we turn right, avoiding continuing downwards (towards La Antilla) or to the left (towards the port of El Terrón). Once we reach this third roundabout, we turn left towards the sea, and then immediately turn right, to continue along the street parallel to the promenade (C/ Avenida de Islantilla), leaving the shopping centre on the left and behind us, and going about 300 metres to the end, to reach the main pedestrian entrance (south) of the Urbanisation, which is on the right-hand side of the same street, just opposite the new Hotel Azur (formerly Hotel Oasis). At the end of the avenue, turn right and look for the second access door to the garages, which corresponds to the 'Las Buganvillas' building.

 

Condiciones

IMPORTANT: The flat has never been inhabited until 2014, and has been refurbished, furnished and decorated for the first time in April 2014. Therefore, all the furniture and equipment is new, brand new.
Pets are not allowed. Rental limited to holiday stays exclusively for families, in minimum periods preferably fortnightly or monthly, from May to September, and also at Easter (minimum stay, 1 week). Payment conditions to be agreed.
