Studio located in 1st line of the beach of Islantilla (Costa de la Luz, Huelva) between the Hotel Confortel and the Commercial Centre of Islantilla, centre where a great part of the leisure offer of this tourist destination of Huelva is located (such as shops, cinemas, restaurants and supermarket). This accommodation consists of kitchen, bedroom, and living-dining room (all in a single room), as well as a complete bathroom and a terrace from where you can see the sea. The tenant is entitled to a parking space in the basement.
Accommodation equipment
WIFI, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and washing machine, fridge, mixer, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, espresso cooker and complete kitchenware. It has a 150 cm bed with built-in wardrobe in the bedroom, as well as a 120 cm sofa bed. Other amenities include a 32" flat screen TV, hairdryer and iron with ironing board. A travel cot can be provided.

The magnificent beaches of La Antilla and Islantilla are just 5 minutes away. They are urban beaches, with fine golden sand and all the services for bathers. Also nearby, in the pine forests of Isla Cristina, are the beaches of La Casita Azul and La Redondela. The neighbouring municipality of Cartaya offers the unique El Rompido Beach and the beautiful Marismas del Río y Piedras and Flecha del Rompido Nature Reserve. Less than an hour away you can visit the village of El Rocio, with its beautiful chapel; the Doñana Park, where you can make guided tours in 4x4, horseback riding, discover its fascinating ecosystem in its interpretation centres; you can visit the Columbian sites (Moguer, La Rábida and Palos de la Frontera), where you can visit the historic Monastery of La Rábida and the Muelle de Las Carabelas Museum.
You can also explore the interior of the province, visiting the Sierra de Aracena y Picos de Aroche, where you will be enchanted by the beautiful landscapes and the rich mountain gastronomy; the region of the Cuenca Minera de Riotinto, with its unique Mining Museum; Andévalo, where you can buy some of its artisan products, such as the typical botos de Valverde del Camino; Condado de Huelva, which offers you the opportunity to visit some of its wineries where you can taste and buy the fantastic wines of its designation of origin.

How to get to the house
To get to the property from the A49, take the exit Lepe Oeste acceso playas, and follow the signs for playas, La Antilla, Islantilla. There is a direct access that allows you to reach La Antilla without passing through Lepe. When you reach the roundabout at La Antilla, turn right towards Isla Cristina. You will pass another roundabout and at the next roundabout turn left and you will see the Islantilla Shopping Centre and the Ilunion Hotel. The garage of the building is accessed through the car park of the shopping centre.
