Situated in a quiet urbanization with few neighbours, ideal for those who want to feel at home and enjoy the rest surrounded by nature. It is also one of the closest golf course developments to the beach (just a few minutes' walk) and to shopping and leisure centres.

I like thousands of things, but I would highlight the love for nature, friendship, culture in almost all its forms, peace and silence, celebrating so many things... For years I was a primary school teacher and an English teacher, but at a certain moment my life changed and today I am a highly qualified professional in the aeronautical world... although I am still a teacher at heart! I bought the house in Islantilla a few years ago, but it is only recently that I decided to put it at the disposal of good families for the periods that could be left free from the holidays of my family and friends, although sometimes it may not be much... I love the tranquillity that surrounds the house, the serene nature, the sunsets from the private garden, dining on the terrace overlooking the golf, and, above all, sharing it...!!!!! I love to travel, and when I do I tend to stay in private homes. I am very demanding, and that is why I like to offer a high level of quality in every way. That is why you will be able to read the opinions that year after year some people who have spent their holidays in the house and have had a great experience have been kind enough to leave. The urbanization is located within the Islantilla Golf Course, a special advantage for golf players and also for people who enjoy nature, as the house is surrounded by trees, lawns, plants and flowers and a multitude of birds that give a unique exotic touch. It is 75 minutes from Seville Airport and 45 minutes from Faro Airport. About 15 kms from the Cartaya water park and 15 minutes from the Portuguese Algarve, one of the most important tourist centres in Europe. The climate of the area is one of the mildest in Europe, with a very high level of sunny days per year, mild winters, warm springs, cool summers and spectacular autumns.

How to get to the house

To get to the house from the A-49 motorway between Seville and Portugal, take exit 117 "Villablanca, Lepe, Acceso Playas". Follow the signs to La Antilla or Playas at all times and in 5 minutes you will be at the main roundabout in La Antilla. There turn right and at the 2nd roundabout, at the Hotel Confortel Islantilla, take the first exit straight ahead uphill to the right. You will soon reach a small roundabout, turn right and you have reached the urbanisation.

 

Conditions

Normally there is a reservation of 30% of the total amount, as a guarantee for both parties. Usually a deposit is made into a current account or transfer. This will be your best guarantee and peace of mind.
In Islantilla in summer there will be a person of my total confidence who will welcome you, explain and facilitate your installation in the house and who will be available for any questions or needs you may have during your stay in the house. She is a great person, generous and very attentive.
Pets are not accepted.
The prices include a general cleaning of the house, which is done just before your arrival.
The house is very well prepared and its quality is well above the average of rental houses.
