Front line beach townhouse for rent. In Urbasur, residential area of villas and townhouses, very quiet.
This area is the one that access to the beach is made by a pine forest (with road boards very close to home, there are only developments of houses and villas and the streets are wide, so all this makes it the quietest area of Islantilla and in turn for children is fabulous, because it combines the beach with the field.
A few meters there is a football field.
And also a supermarket.

The house has 2 bedrooms with 5 beds, bathroom, toilet, terrace, front garden, living room with double sofa bed, TDT and DVD. The fully equipped kitchen with oven-microwave and vitro.

The great attraction of Islantilla is its extensive beach of many kilometres in length and fine sand.
With Islantilla as a base, many excursions can be organised which can take little more than an hour to places such as:
-La Rábida, where you can discover some of the history of Columbus and his calaberas.
-The Doñana National Park, where there are guided tours in 4x4 vehicles, lasting approximately 4 hours
-The Sierra de Aracena
-The Rio Tinto mines
-The Portuguese Algarve
-Sevilla.

Water park in Cazalla and in Portugal, just a few kilometres away is the biggest water park in Europe.
Hiking, fishing (we have the rods), winsurfing, golf, football, relaxation, anti-stress, etc..

The best thing about the house is the proximity to the beach. Only 50 metres (real and not imaginary) separate it from the golden sands of Islantilla on a path of pine trees and native nature.
