      THE APARTMENT CASA RAFI is located in the centre of Chipiona, in the main pedestrian street of the town and only 5 to 10 minutes walk to the different beaches of Chipiona. The light-flooded property is very well equipped, completely renovated with a very well maintained decoration and modern touches, all in detail as shown in the photos.
The first floor flat has a large patio very cozy to eat and dine outdoors. It has 3 bedrooms (1 of them double with double bed, 1 single with a bed for one person and 1 single with another bed for another person). All the rooms are very spacious.
It has exclusive internet access for the flat. The main bedroom facing the street is soundproofed with double glazing. All expenses are included, including sheets and towels. The kitchen is brand new and has all the necessary kitchenware.
As the flat is in the centre of Chipiona you can walk everywhere: Supermarkets, shops, cafes, banks, Town Hall, Tourist Office, bars, restaurants and the Municipal Market where you can buy all the products of our land, fish, seafood, meat, a wide variety of fruit and plants.

Chipiona is a fishing village that lives from the sea, from tourism and from the countryside where all kinds of products are grown, especially flowers, which are exported all over the world. Good seafood and fried fish can be tasted in any bar or restaurant in Chipiona. Its white sandy beaches, rich in iodine, are awarded every year with the Blue Flag of the Clean Seas of Europe.

Nearby airport at only 30 km. in Jerez de la Frontera, Seville airport at 100 km. and Malaga airport at about 250 km., where you can hire a car to get to the house and travel around our province.
Chipiona is located 52 km. from Cadiz, the capital of the province. Strategically located at the mouth of the Guadalquivir River. Very close to the natural parks declared biosphere reserve: The famous Doñana Park and the Natural Park of Grazalema. The Urbanisation Costa Ballena is located at about 3 Km. where there are golf courses, supermarkets (mercadona), beautiful beaches, bars-restaurants, bicycle rental, horse rental, shopping area and areas for pleasant walks.
The best of Chipiona are its beaches which are just a few steps away from the flat. You do not need a car to go to the beach and the flat has a place where you can leave chairs, tables, etc. to enjoy the beach in comfort.
