The ground floor flat consists of 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two beds of 90, American style kitchen, room for washing machine, dryer, iron, etc, bathroom, large living room with sofa and small courtyard very cozy where you breathe peace and tranquility, and separate entrance to the flat. The exterior window is totally soundproofed with high quality window to avoid the noises that could come from the street and therefore the rest is perfect even being in the centre of the town.

In the surroundings of the flat there are shops, supermarkets, pharmacy etc and a few meters from the health centre.

How to get to the house
Chipiona is located 52 km. from Cadiz, the capital of the province. From there, it is accessed by the A-4 (Madrid-Cádiz), to El Puerto de Santa María and there we will take the A-491 that will take us to Chipiona.
If we come from the north, from Seville, we will take the AP-4 to Jerez de la Frontera and from there the A-480 to Chipiona, or the SE-30 to Las Cabezas de San Juan and take the toll towards Lebrija, Trebujena, Sanlucar de Barrameda, Chipiona.

Turn to Chipiona is a town in the province of Cadiz, 52km from the capital with 17,000 inhabitants.
