Flat for rent in Chipiona on third floor with lift in very quiet area. Large terrace overlooking Playa de La Laguna, which is 200 metres away. It is fully equipped. With capacity for 5 people (2 in double room and 3 in another room). The flat has fitted wardrobes in bedrooms, Provencal furniture, ceiling fans in all rooms. The Urbanization is closed, has two swimming pools, tennis courts, paddle and petanque, playgrounds with benches and children's area.
To the beach of La Laguna you can walk in 2 minutes and to the beach of Regla in about 6 or 7 minutes; and to the centre of the town, in about 15 minutes also walking. In the surroundings of the house there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, hairdresser, pizzeria, ice cream parlour, churraría, press and clothes.
Chipiona, is a village located on the coast with northwest orientation within the province of Cadiz, on the Costa de la Luz, and a few km from the mouth of the Guadalquivir, between Rota (14 Km.) Sanlúcar de Barrameda - 8 Km. and Sanlúcar de Barrameda. It has a population of 18,000 people and 12 km of beautiful beaches with fine golden sand and iodine-rich water. Every year, the beaches of Chipiona, (Regla and Cruz del Mar), are awarded the Blue Flag.

I'm Miguel I rented our wonderful flat in a gated community with Wi-Fi and private parking space very close to Playa La Laguna, a beach of great environmental value as it preserves its own dune system and is also a natural habitat for chameleons, next to Playa de Las Tres Piedras.
