With a fine sandy beach 4 km long, ideal for water sports and various games on the sand. It is also home to the Sailing and Surfing School.

Costa Ballena is characterised by its 18-hole golf course, its sailing school and the fact that the whole urbanisation is accessible by bicycle thanks to the bicycle lanes that run through it (there are several bicycle rental companies, one of which is right next to the urbanisation). The urbanisation is next to the largest park in Costa Ballena with many recreational areas. The shopping centre next to it has several restaurants (Panino Piu as a recommendation), bakery, press, pharmacy, etc..

Como llegar a la vivienda

It is located between the towns of Rota and Chipiona, on the A-491, an hour and a quarter from Seville, coming from the Ap-4 take exit 78 towards A-4 Cadiz. After 9 km take the A-480 towards Rota, Chipiona, Sanlucar. After less than 1 km take the turn-off to Rota until you reach the A-491. After passing the two turn-offs towards Rota you will find the entrance to the Costa Ballena complex.
