Costa Ballena is located next to the A-491 road, between the towns of Rota and Chipiona.
Both towns are eminently touristy, a holiday destination for travellers from all over Europe. In the low season, their main commercial activity is the fishing industry and agriculture.

Urbanistically, the urban centres of Rota and Chipiona have the characteristics of the white villages of the province of Cadiz, with beautiful whitewashed streets, secluded squares and surprising nooks and crannies.
Sanlúcar de Barrameda is 12 km away, from where you can access the Coto de Doñana by river. Sanlúcar has a sensational gastronomy and in its urban centre the tapas bars compete with each other to offer the best tapas.
Both towns have wonderful natural surroundings: pine forests, parks, coastal walkways through the pine forests, greenway, fine white sandy beaches with an extension of 20 km, etc.
The gastronomy is equally generous with its visitors and is fundamentally based on local products: Urta a la roteña, Arranque, cabbage, pescaito frito, etc.

Costa Ballena has a golf course, sailing school, an extensive network of cycle paths not only within the resort but also extending to the towns of Chipiona, Rota and Sanlúcar. If you do not have your own bicycle, there are several bicycle rental companies in Costa Ballena. The apartment complex has swimming pools for adults and children, paddle tennis courts and a small children's playground. The nearest airport to the urbanisation is Jerez airport, 30 km away. Other nearby airports are Gibraltar and Seville.
In Costa Ballena there is a 27-hole golf course designed by José María Olazábal. Other golf courses in the vicinity are Vista Hermosa Club de Golf, Sherry golf Jerez, Villanueva Links golf and Montecastillo Barceló, the latter in Jerez.
A water park will open in 2020 in the Costa Ballena urbanisation. Another water park located nearby is the Bay of Cadiz Water Park, 20 km away.

How to get to the house

To get to the flat, take your navigator to the A-491 and take the access to Costa Ballena located at the height of the Econoil petrol station. The entrance road to Costa Ballena from this point is called Avda Carla de Orleans and 120 m from the access, at its junction with Avda Reina Sofia is the urbanization where the flat is located: Torresalada II, of a characteristic reddish brown colour.

 

Conditions

From 1st July to 31st August only minimum fortnightly rentals. The price of each fortnight in June and September has a discount on the weekly rental and its prices are as follows:
1st fortnight of June complete: 850
2nd fortnight of June complete: 900
1st fortnight of September complete: 900
2nd fortnight of September complete: 850

30% of the rental amount will be paid on booking. Rest before the delivery of keys plus a deposit for 20% of the rent that is returned at the end of the same once verified the state of the flat.
