      Opposite the Golf Social Club and next to the beach, a luxury holiday! It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large fully equipped kitchen, large living room and terrace overlooking the golf course. The whole flat is exterior. It is decorated in light tones and is very bright. It has air conditioning / heating and garage with direct access to the house.
The flat is in the urbanization "Bahia Golf". The urbanization is new and spacious with large garden areas. This space between the houses and the large green areas to enjoy the swimming pools or to simply enjoy the outdoors, is what makes it special. It also has paddle tennis courts and 2 swimming pools (one for adults and one for children). The urbanisation is surrounded by golf. The beach is right next to it (5 minutes) and it is huge, it is great.
The whole urbanization is easily accessible and if you are golf players you can go out with your trolley walking from home, as this urbanization is in front of the social club.

Costa Ballena is a residential cone situated between the towns of Rota and Chipiona and along a huge and fantastic beach of "la Ballena". A first class tourist enclave thanks to its green spaces, services and the fundamental combination of golf and beach.
Other interesting places to visit are:
- Puerto Sta María (stroll through its streets, the casino...) It also has an Aquapark in the same town
- Aquarium of the Bay in San Fernando.
- Jerez de la Frontera. Its streets, its shops, its wineries, its museum and the equestrian show.
- Doñana, with the boat leaving from San Lucar de Barrameda.
- Bajo de Guía in San Lucar.

How to get to the house

If you come by car from Seville, after passing Jerez you join the motorway to Sanlúcar, taking the exit to Chipiona, and then turn off again towards Rota-Chipiona and you will arrive at Costa Ballena. It is perfectly signposted on Google map.

 

Conditions

The rental will be closed with the payment of 30% of the total amount at the time of booking. The rest will be paid when the keys are handed over.
