Matalascañas is becoming a benchmark in terms of beach quality, leisure and gastronomy.
To check the first of the points, from the first day you will check the cleanliness of the beach with a clean and warm water.
To eat you do not have to go far because there are several beach bars near the house, in addition to the restaurant La Garrocha, recommended by us as one of the best restaurants to taste their meats (sirloin skewer) or grilled fish.
For nightlife, the area of the rock has several locals with different environments.

Fishing, windsurfing, jet skiing, routes through the natural park of Doñana, Doñana routes on horses and camels within the park, the Rocio ...
- Hiking trails. There is an A-Z filing cabinet in the house where hiking trails and contacts for various excursions are provided.

How to get to the house

From the main roundabout in Matalascañas, take the ring road towards Cañoguerrero (at the deer roundabout, take the exit that runs parallel to the sea, i.e. turn left 90º).
We pass several roundabouts, 7 in total, until we reach the roundabout with some windows. We turn right to enter the village. When we reach another roundabout where there is a statue of a coquinero, we go into the shopping centre. Take the road on the right towards the sea. At the end of the street, leaving the shopping centre and the MAS supermarket on our left.
We take the upper promenade, and the house is about 30 metres away (it has a car number plate with Amparo's telephone number on the balcony).

 

Conditions

Rental reservation: 40% in bank.
Rest of 60%: 15 days before the entry in bank.
In July and August, the rent for fortnights has the entries day 1 of the month at 13.00 hours and departure on 15 at night for the first fortnight and entry on 16 at 13.00 hours with departure on 30 or 31 (depending on the month) at night.
The rent for weeks consult entries and exits according to the week.
The entry at 13.00 is justified by the 4 hours necessary to perform the cleaning. The house is delivered clean and, if sheets and towels have been used, they will be washed and laid.
There are complaint forms available to guests. Also detailed information on all appliances and tourist information about the area.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
. In case of cancellation at least 45 days prior to the start of the rented period, 50% of the reservation will be refunded.
. If the cancellation takes place with less than 45 days to the date of entry will be returned 30% depending on the possibility of a new rent.
. If the cancellation is made less than 15 days after full payment of the rental (i.e. less than 15 days), only 50% will be refunded, depending on the possibility of a new rental.
. If you think that there may be a mishap in the period you book, we can offer a rental insurance that allows you to recover your money in case of severity (conditions set by the insurance company).
