      Villa in first line of beach, matalascañas, semi-detached with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. On the ground floor, a toilet, living room, kitchen
front porch overlooking the sea a backyard. Garden of 60 meters with two hammocks and parasol and next to the garden, the porch with wooden furniture (tables, armchairs and armchair 3 seats).

Also, we have two sites near the house where you can connect to two
WIFI networks for free with your laptop. The first one is inside the Hotel Dunas de Donana (up the stairs of the green building about 150 metres away). It is located at the entrance of the golf course

The villa has all the necessary comforts for a fabulous holiday. Among these are:

How to get to the house

To get to the house from the main roundabout in Matalascañas, proceed as follows:
This roundabout has some deer on it and is the main entrance to the village. Take the ring road (do not enter the village) and continue along it. Go over several roundabouts until you come to a roundabout with Andalusian windows. Cross the roundabout to the end of the road. You will see another roundabout with a coquinero. Turn right and after 100 metres you will see that the road is cut off. Turn right and continue along the road until you reach the white houses. Turn left, pass a church and, at the roundabout, go down towards the beach. At the end of the road is the entrance to the urbanisation.

Conditions

Bed linen and towels must be brought with you. Check out before 10:00 am and check in after 15:00. These hours can be adjusted according to the needs of the clients always
under telephone consultation. In any case, if the house is not rented on the day of departure, customers can leave somewhat later.
If arrival is after 10 p.m., a surcharge of 20 euros will be charged.
A deposit of 300 is requested which will be returned on the day of departure, provided that the house is in perfect condition
(except for normal wear and tear, such as a broken plate, etc). If it is not possible to check the house on the day of departure, it will be refunded by transfer.


In summer, the rent is per fortnight (two weeks) entering on the 1st and leaving on the 15th for the 1st fortnight and entering on the 16th leaving on the 30th.


This house has a parking space with remote control for general door opening. It is not allowed the permanence of a second car.
If you bring a second car, we have a porter who can locate you an additional space, outside or inside the urbanisation.







In mid and low season, it is easy to find a public parking space near the house. If sufficient notice is given, the chances of renting it are greater and the possibility of returning part or all of the reservation are higher, but in any case, there is no commitment to return the amount of the reservation.

For your peace of mind, there are insurance companies that can insure the return of the reservation, among other guarantees.

One example is the MULTIASISTENCIA PLUS of the company intermundial, which for 19 ¤ insures a full fortnight.
We have a WIFI Internet service with two independent networks, one for each apartment. In mid and high season we have it as a free service for customers. For other dates, please consult.


**Pets are not allowed **
**More than 8 people are not allowed to stay in the house.

It is not allowed to install in the garden furniture or objects of any kind (swimming pools, shades, large toys, etc).
