The house is located in calle La Rocina, nº 19, Caño Guerrero. It is part of an urbanisation of semi-detached houses in a quiet area of Matalascañas and only a few metres from the beach. From the photograph you can see the little separation between the house and the promenade. Undoubtedly, perfect choice to enjoy the magnificent beaches of Matalascañas given its proximity to the sea and the leisure area and supermarkets.

Matalascañas is part of the municipality of Almonte, surrounded by the sea and the Doñana National Park. Within the Costa de la Luz, it is one of the main tourist attractions. Its more than 6 km of beach between the Torre la Higuera and the beginning of the Coto, are very visited as soon as the summer arrives. A place that every year wins the blue flag title, being a guarantee to spend the holidays with family or friends. Its kilometres of unspoilt beaches of fine golden sand make it the ideal place to relax and recharge your batteries on your return from work.

There are many options to choose from if we decide to spend a few days in our Matalascañas. In addition to the popular walks along the beach and enjoying the sunset from the lighthouse, a visit to the Doñana National Park is a must.
We can make routes on horseback, camel, on foot, by car 4×4, or by bike along the beach.
There is a golf course with 18 holes for lovers of this magnificent sport. The golf course is called "Golf Dunas Doñana".
If you like water sports, Matalascañas has the "Club Náutico de Matalascañas", where you can receive classes for the handling of boats, sailboats of different sizes or learn the techniques of windsurfing.
Hiking activities, bird watching in the preserve and surroundings, are some of the activities that can be done.
If what you like is to enjoy shopping, do not forget to visit the famous "Thursday market" with about 1km of shops, located in the centre of Matalascañas.
Matalascañas is close to other towns that can be visited, such as Mazagon, Lepe, Punta Umbria, or Ayamonte, without forgetting El Rocio, with its hermitage and its typical village. If you come to see the Ermita, don't forget to put a candle to the Virgen del Rocio..

Como llegar a la vivienda

From the main roundabout in Matalacañas in the direction of the golf course, you have to go through 4 roundabouts and at the 5th roundabout, turn right at the first exit and straight on, you will find the Caño Guerrero shopping centre, then continue towards the beach and turn left before reaching the Mas Supermarket and the third street is Calle La Rocina.
