      The villa has a large plot of lawn of 350 square metres. It has two floors. On the upper floor there are two large bedrooms and a bathroom. On the upper floor there are two large terraces with magnificent views of the golf course and the Doñana National Park, from where you can enjoy wonderful sunsets.the ground floor has a bathroom, a bedroom, kitchen, laundry room, pantry and large living room that opens onto a large porch in the garden area. The house can accommodate a maximum of eight people; it has six single beds and one double bed.
The villa is located in a private urbanization, very well kept, surrounded by greenery, with no noise, very suitable for rest. The children have at their disposal a very large plot ideal for play and leisure time.

The villa is located in a town on the edge of the Doñana National Park. With magnificent beaches of fine sand and great amplitude.
Matalascañas is located 15 km from the international village of the horse El Rocio, place of the largest pilgrimage in the world. It is 35 km from the Columbian sites, La Rábida Palos and the Muelle de las Carabelas (where Columbus left on his first voyage to America). It is also very close to Moguer (45km), birthplace of the Nobel Prize winner Juan Ramón Jiménez.

In the area of Matalascañas you can do activities such as: horse riding, hiking through a dune park, horse riding.
There is a sailing club.
There are paddle tennis courts.

How to get to the house

From Seville, exit on the A 49 towards Huelva and take exit number 48 to take the A 483 towards Almonte- Matalascañas. In Matalascañas you take the Ronda Norte road and on this road you take the golf course exit, then follow the signs to the urbanisation where the villa is located.

 

Conditions

To rent the property you must make a deposit of 40% of the total amount and the remaining 60% when you give the keys.
It is rented during the months of June, July, September for weeks, months or fortnights. The month of August is rented by fortnights or full month.
Throughout the year it would also be rented for weeks and weekends.
