The two bathrooms have showers and hot water is by electric boiler.
The living room is very luminous and harmonious, having, as comforts, ceiling fans, split type air conditioner, TV, music system, Internet-WIFI.
From the living room we go out to the large terrace of 30m2 where you can enjoy the sun loungers watching the waves, or eating on the terrace furniture in white and minimalist tones while enjoying the sea breeze and ocean views.
For more enjoyment of your stay, the apartment has underground parking in the same urbanization.
You also have a communal pool (July and August) and tennis court.

Located our flat in the Paseo Marítimo, where you will enjoy multiple restaurants and beach bars, but only 200 metres from the centre of the village, where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, cafes and nightclubs.
On the other hand, you will also find Health Centre, Pharmacy, Tobacconist and Banks.
The beach of Matalascañas extends for miles, from the Doñana National Park to the Natural Park, with fine sand. A delight for the enjoyment.
There are a multitude of leisure activities that you can do in the area. You can visit the Parque Dunar, Doñana National Park, El Rocío Village, the unspoilt beaches between Matalascañas and Mazagón, the Muelle de las Carabelas de La Rábida, etc.
You also have the opportunity to practice water sports, horse riding, golf, etc...

How to get to the house

Whether coming from Seville on the A-483, or from Huelva on the A-494, both converge at a large roundabout at the entrance where there are sculptures of deer. Leaving the same in direction to the beach (south direction), at the end of this road we will arrive to another big roundabout that is located in front of the sea and next to the famous "Tapón" of Matalascañas.
The blocks next to this roundabout form the Urbanization El Sancho, being the house located in block 3, 1ºD.

A deposit of 200 will be requested which will be returned once the non-existence of damage to the house has been checked.
