Excellent flat, situated in the popularly known as Los verdes, APARTAMENTOS ATLANTICO. It is composed of three bedrooms, (one of them very wide and with great built-in wardrobe). A double bed KING SIZE measures 160cmx200 and two beds of ninety in each of the other two. Two complete bathrooms, one of them with bidet, refurbished and beautiful, furnished with taste and modernity. Spacious and very comfortable lounge, with two sofas (not a bed), extendable table, pantry cupboard, also very spacious. Very large terrace, ten meters long and two meters wide, equipped with everything necessary to make practically the life on it, table for six people, chairs, two sun loungers, round table, clothesline and folding awning, wonderful view over the swimming pools and the sea. The flat is orientated in such a way that it only has sun until 14.00 hours.AIR CONDITIONING AND WUIFI.
The flat is situated in Block number 1, it is located on the fourth and last floor of the building, there are two lifts. You can go up from that floor to the roof terrace with private key, there you will find large clotheslines and a wonderful view that spans from Sanlúcar to Mazagón.
In the same urbanization and with private key you can access directly to the promenade. Down the small stairs or ramp you will find two of the best restaurants in Matalascañas, Los Pepes and Rompeolas.
There is a fixed parking space and hopefully a second one in the guest area.
There are two swimming pools, one of them for children, normally the seasonal one goes from mid-June to mid-September. The opening hours are very long, leaving a space of time closed to avoid noise during the siesta. A lifeguard is always on duty.
The location of the urbanization is ideal, because it is in the middle of the promenade, near supermarkets, pharmacies, souvenir shops etc.
The flat is superbly equipped in terms of having everything you need to spend an unforgettable holiday. In the kitchen, you will find, Samsung fridge, combi, ceramic hob last generation, magnificent cutlery, table linen, glassware, and butane gas thermos Junker brand. The beach is wonderful, golden sand and very fine, it extends to the right to Mazagón and to the right to Sanlúcar de Barrameda, in total 60 km. of wild nature.
