      Two-storey semi-detached house, with the following distribution
1st floor. Living-dining room with sofa, television, fireplace, etc. Next to the living room we have fully equipped kitchen and backyard. In the backyard, we have storage room, pollete for barbecues, and seats. There is a toilet with a shower room
Leaving the living room, we have the garden of 60 meters, with various plants. Going down a staircase with a few steps, we access to the promenade. Crossing it, we have the beach
2nd floor with three bedrooms and a complete bathroom.
In the main bedroom, two people can sleep in a big bed.
In the other two bedrooms, three people can sleep in each one. One of the beds is a trundle bed.

Accommodation equipment

In the kitchen we have dishwasher, oven, vitro hob, fridge, freezer, microwave etc
Kitchen utensils such as pans, pots, cutlery, crockery, mini blender, toaster...
American type barbecue and the paella ring with paella pans of different portions

My family visited Aires Africanos a few months ago and it was absolutely magnificent. From start to finish. The managers Miguel and Nuria were very kind to the little ones and we felt like we were among old friends.
Being on the back of a camel was something we had never experienced before. We will have to repeat this experience
We also have other water activities on motorbikes, catamaran, sailing courses, etc
Matalascañas have good restaurants along the coastline with good local dishes. I recommend one in the form of a hut, on the beach, where apart from enjoying good fish, the view of the beach is magnificent.

Matalascañas is a unique place to visit the natural parks of Donana, very close to the village of El Rocio.
The beaches of Matalascañas have nothing to do with the beaches of the Costa del Sol, being very little built up and full of nature, with strong influx of tourists in summer and few visits in winter.

The Atlantic Ocean makes itself felt with pleasant breezes, with small waves, suitable for swimming and walking on the beach.
**** We ask our tenants to please, for the benefit of the fishermen in the area, who are licensed to collect coquinas, not to collect this mollusc. It damages the ecosystem and the fisherman's own wages. Thank you ****.

How to get to the house

When you reach the first roundabout in Matalascañas, take the exit that borders the town. We must cross several roundabouts until we reach the roundabout of the Andalusian windows. Take the right entrance, continue to the end and when you reach the roundabout of the coquinero, take the right exit. Follow the signs to the church of Matalascañas, because it is right next to it.

A payment of 30% of the rent is required. The rest of the amount is due on the day of arrival.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the full amount is lost and the property will be available again for other guests. In case of re-renting for the same dates, the deposit can be returned to the tenant who had cancelled the reservation, deducting a fee of 20% (various management costs). For example, if July and August are rented for 5000 and a deposit of 1500 is paid, in the event of re-renting for the same dates, 1500 * 0.8 = 1200 is returned.
Deposit policy: If you are a client from other years, you can omit the deposit (Consult). For new clients, a deposit of 300 is required
