      Two-storey semi-detached house with four bedrooms with a front porch from where you can see the sea and where you can enjoy your pleasant evenings at all hours of the day, as it has an awning that completely covers the porch during the sunny hours. It also has a back patio with an awning and what gives it a plus is that it has a side door from where you can enter and exit with sunbeds and umbrellas to the beach. This back patio has a shower where you can refresh yourself at any time of the day or to wash off the salt water when you come back from the beach.

Accommodation equipment

Among the comforts of the house there is a large living-dining room. Its two large windows provide plenty of light, which makes it a very pleasant room to enjoy. The two patios make it an attractive place to enjoy your holidays, where you can relax, meet, have meals, etc. The back patio has a shower where you can freshen up or wash off the salt water when you come back from the beach. And its four bedrooms give you the possibility to accommodate the whole family in maximum comfort. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other three bedrooms have two 90 cm beds each. In the house there is a large table with 8 chairs to enjoy gatherings on the front porch.

I am a journalist and in my search to find a beach place to enjoy the summer and its fantastic sunsets I decided to go to Matalascañas and when I found this house I knew right away that it was what I was looking for. So close to the beach and so spacious it was the perfect place to come to relax and enjoy. Now I want to share that pleasure with all of you so that you can feel the same way I feel when I enjoy my holidays.

The area of Caño Guerrero in Matalascañas has a large promenade where you can stroll and enjoy the sea views as well as find a wide range of the best restaurants and beach bars in Matalascañas. A safe bet for the enjoyment of the whole family, as Caño Guerrero is characterised by being a very quiet and familiar area.

Among the many activities in the area is a visit to the Doñana National Park, with its spectacular dunes. The visit to the village of El Rocío, or enjoy its magnificent horse riding routes with wonderful views of the entire coast and the Doñana Park. Although the special attraction is its spectacular beaches of fine sand and its attractive sunsets. On the beach you can rent jet skis, pedal boats or enjoy a bouncy castle, which is always available in the area..

How to get to the house

Once you reach the main roundabout in Matalascañas, take the road that leads to the area of Caño Guerrero. After leaving behind several roundabouts we have to enter through the well known roundabout of the windows. Turn right and at the end of the roundabout there is another roundabout with a sculpture of a coquinero. We take this roundabout to the left and another roundabout with the god Poseidon appears and we have to take it to the right, continue towards the Más supermarket and turn at the corner of the Telepizza.

 

Conditions

Pets are allowed, as we understand that they are part of the family and because we take for granted that the owners fully trust their behaviour.
To book the rental will be asked 30% of the total.
In case of cancellation of the reservation 30% will be returned if it occurs with a minimum of 45 days in advance and if it is rented again that date.
The sheets and towels must be provided by the guest.
The entrance in the first fortnight of the months of July and August will be on the 1st from 13:00 and departures will be on the 15th at night. The entrance in the second fortnight will be on the 16th and departure on the 31st at night.
