Matalascañas is a very wide beach with fine sand, making it suitable for all ages. Also when you enter the water is gradually covering. At low tide, depending on the place, small lagoons are formed, ideal for the little ones. In summer there is little wind. The Levante is not a problem in Huelva and is characterised by days of total calm in the sea (like a mirror) and sometimes you can stay on the beach until 10 o'clock at night. Instructions of arrival, GPS location and details to enter the flat will be sent.
In case of arriving by public transport there are buses from Seville, Huelva and some surrounding towns. You will have to get off at the first stop in Matalascañas or bus stop (next to the Plaza del Pueblo). From there take the city bus to the Hotel On bus stop.

 

Conditions

Below is a summary of the conditions of the rental contract that will be signed.
To book you must pay 30% of the total rent into the account that will be provided to you. When we check the reception of the same one, you will receive an email of confirmation of reservation. The rest of the amount as well as the deposit will be delivered in cash to the delivery of keys and your arrival at the house.
The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, after verification of the absence of damage. When making the reservation, the number of people (maximum 6) who will occupy the property must be indicated. Those over 14 years of age must identify themselves with their ID card at the entrance, communicating their details to the Guardia Civil in order to comply with the current regulations on accommodation. It is not permitted to occupy the property at any time by more people than have been agreed in the booking.
Departure time: 10am.
Arrival time: from 3 p.m. onwards.
These times may be altered at the guests' discretion provided this is reasonably possible and does not interfere with previous/next guests.
Pets are not allowed.

CANCY CANCELLATIONS: In case of cancellation of reservation, in principle there is no commitment to return the deposit or deposit paid. However, I do commit myself to make all the necessary arrangements to rent the property again, and the sooner you notify of a cancellation, the more possibilities there are to rent the property again in which case the total amount would be refunded, or partial (in case of not being able to rent the whole period).
There are insurance companies such as Intermundial that insure the amount of your reservation.
