Kitchen furnished in Provencal style with tea pine wood, microwave, electric oven, automatic washing machine, large capacity fridge-freezer, complete kitchenware with Arcopal crockery and cookware, mixer, butane gas water heater.
A/A and heat pump in the living room and in each bedroom.
All this makes for a very comfortable, relaxed and peaceful stay in the house.

The sunsets by the sea while strolling or having a drink on the promenade are engraved in our memory to be evoked in moments of winter stress as an unforgettable pleasant reference.
All along the promenade and inland in the centre and in the area of Caño Gerrero you can enjoy the typical Andalusian gastronomy offering fresh fish and seafood, Iberian meats from the mountains and splendid vegetables and fruit in beach bars, restaurants and bars at very competitive prices in the form of tapas, portions or complete menus.

Matalascañas stands out for being located in the heart of the National Maritime-Land Park, which determines the character of the activities and the atmosphere that it confers on its inhabitants and visitors. Daytime atmosphere closely related to nature and sporting activities from the very cheap hiking to the practice of golf, tennis, paddle tennis, sailing, jet skiing, horse riding, camel riding, etc..
Prevail the possibilities offered by our virgin beaches, being able to enjoy the immensity of its sandy beaches with enough space to sunbathe, play ball or walk kilometres and kilometres of a huge strip of fine wet sand at low tide either towards the mouth of the Guadalquivir with moving dunes or towards Mazagón with cliffs, all without disturbing each other due to lack of space.
We can also walk comfortably along different itineraries prepared with wooden walkways:
-System of mobile dunes and corrals. It starts from the beach behind the large Hotel "El Coto" and takes us to the crest of the first dune front where we can see the tops of the pine trees being engulfed by the dune and the pine forest where we can meet deer and foxes in the early hours of the day. It is very interesting for children and adults alike to track a multitude of different footprints in the sand.
-Dune park - In the area of "La Piedra" we climb up the sandstone cliff from the lighthouse among pine trees and aromatic plants. At the top we enjoy an unbeatable view of the gulf of Cádiz if we look towards the sea and a green blanket of stone pine forest towards the interior. We descend easily down a very long staircase to the Museum of the Marine World. It is well worth a visit to enjoy the collection of skeletons and models of all kinds of cetaceans.
-Wetland of the Acebrón Palace - the wooden walkways lead you into a beautiful area of dense aquatic vegetation, walking over the wetland and around the perimeter of a lake where you can observe aquatic birds and enjoy a very pleasant walk. The palace has been converted into an ethnographic museum on the exploitation and ancient uses of the territory of Doñana.

You can enjoy equestrian and camel rides starting from the stone area, near the Museum of the Marine World.
You can hire guided tours in an all-terrain bus throughout the National Park: four mobile dune fronts with their respective pine forests or corrals, the marshes, the mouth of the Guadalquivir with Sanlúcar de Barrameda on the other bank and back along the endless virgin beaches of the Coto to the visitor centre. .

How to get to the house

Coming from Almonte, passing through El Rocio, when you reach the roundabout at the entrance to Matalascañas, take the fork with the road to Mazagón and Huelva, turn left onto the road that runs parallel to the urbanisation and the protected area of the National Park until the 5th roundabout, with the windows with Andalusian grilles as a monument, following the signs to Caño Guerrero and/or sector K, continue to the crossroads before the fountain of the Caño Guerrero Commercial Building. At this junction turn right and you will enter a residential area (signposted as a cul-de-sac) within the golf course which is made up of two nuclei of houses separated by gardens. The house is in the 2nd nucleus after the green area. You will see the villa from the sky on the map by clicking on the satellite and the + symbol to zoom in.

Conditions

Once the reservation has been made, in case of cancellation, the house will be rented immediately. If sufficient notice is given, the chances of renting it are greater and also the possibility of returning part or all of the reservation. In any case, there is no commitment to return the amount of the reservation if it is not possible to rent it again.
We inform you that there are insurance companies that can insure the return of the reservation, among other guarantees. An example is the MULTIASISTENCIA PLUS of the company INTERMUNDIAL, which for little money insures a complete fortnight with 28 guaranteed causes (health problems, family, work, etc.) When the keys are handed over, we will sign a simple holiday rental contract describing the household goods, the period rented as well as personal details.
A deposit of 150 euros is required.
Pets are allowed under the responsibility of their owners and their correct behaviour will be monitored.
The keys will be handed over and collected according to the contract at twelve o'clock in the morning on the agreed check-in and check-out days. Previous agreement between the parties with proximity to the dates we would try to attend to the client in possible variations in this regard.
