Matalascañas is a beautiful beach, with a great atmosphere and a lively atmosphere. You can do many different and fun activities. You can enjoy beautiful views from the promenade (especially at sunset), the beach, the promenade (playgrounds for children, stalls selling books, jewellery, etc.). On the North road there is a route, ideal for cycling or walking.
Visit the marine museum, go along the route of the dunes (in Doñana) either by bike or walking; rent boats or jet skis, camels or horses to walk along the beach; go to the cinema or to the market (in the village); visit the Acebuche and Acebrón palace (to see the marshes and all kinds of living beings that live there); play golf; go fishing; visit the Rocío

How to get to the house

From the A-49 (E-1) you have to join the A-483. If you are coming from Huelva on the A-49 you will have to take exit 50, but if you are coming from Seville you will have to take exit 48. Once you are on the A-483, just go straight on for about 40km approx. When you get to the first roundabout, after passing a Repsol petrol station on the right hand side, turn left. We continue straight on along a road which has many roundabouts, then we go to the 6th roundabout (which has some grilled windows). Once at this roundabout, turn right and continue straight on until you reach the crossroads before the roundabout of the coquinero. At the crossroads turn right to the next roundabout (with a palm tree) and turn right again. Follow the road (passing a park) and you are now in the urbanisation Macarena Club. Look at the map to get to the exact street.

 

Conditions

If the tenant is interested in our house, 40% of the rent will be deposited as a reservation. We will contact you for the handover of the keys on the agreed date, at which time the rest of the rent will be paid.
Pets are allowed as long as they have a good behavior and do not make damage to the house.
The house must be delivered in the same conditions in which it is given.
The rental periods (bridges, weeks, fortnights or months) are possible provided that, previously, is agreed by both parties.
With respect to the reservation, can be recovered as long as you notify a minimum of 15 days in advance.
