Our property is situated in the heart of Matalascañas, located within a secluded private urbanization called kabila.
Its geographical orientation allows it to enjoy a lot of hours of sunshine throughout the year, hence the name of the coast of light. The house sleeps up to 8 people and is fully equipped with all mod cons, including air conditioning and wifi
Outside the house, we have a large front garden, along with a beach facing area designed specifically for barbecues.
It enjoys a peaceful setting and at the same time is conveniently located close to various leisure facilities, supermarkets and city bus stops.
The holiday home covers a plot of 300 square metres, of which 150 square metres is dedicated to the constructed area.

How to get to the house
Torre de la Higuera is located in the province of Huelva next to the Doñana reserve and belongs to the municipality of Almonte. It is famous for its long golden sandy beaches and excellent water quality.
