      Completely refurbished first floor flat, semi-frontal, with a magnificent location facing west and a large terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Direct access to the gardens where we find a children's play area, two swimming pools and two paddle courts. Atlanterra Costa is one of the best urbanisations in the area. The flat has 2 bedrooms; one double and one twin. Sofa-bed in the living room and a cot for the little ones. Air conditioning and fans in all the ceilings.
It also has two bathrooms with shower, something that makes our flat very sought after for its greater comfort. Our property has a parking space in the garage.

Accommodation equipment

Equipped with all electrical appliances: fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, television, ceiling fans, air conditioning and all the necessary means for a comfortable stay. It is not necessary to take the lift to access the house, only 6 steps separate it from the garden. It is very convenient for families with children.

We are big fans of travelling, but when we think of something beautiful, the first image that comes to our minds is this beach. We like to walk, swim and dive in its waters. It is our beach. Next to our house. A fabulous place for holidays.

How to get to the house

This urbanisation is the first one coming from Zahara in the direction of Atlanterra. At the first roundabout you take the side road and enter directly into the urbanisation. Nearby there is a small supermarket, a great pizzeria "Mama mia" and several bars. The exit to the beach is easy and allows you to start the walk towards Zahara, where the beach is smoother and less noisy.

Use and maintenance of the property in rent:
The property is only for its private use. Any other use must be expressly authorised.
No more persons may stay in the property than have been indicated on the booking form.
The client is obliged to leave the property in the same state as when entering, i.e. clean (dishes scrubbed, rubbish removed, sheets and towels removed from the beds), and leaving the furniture in the same location in which it was found. Otherwise, any extra cleaning work will be paid for by the client.
No objects from the property may be removed from the property, including furniture and household goods.
